RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We at Ethereal take immense pride in handcrafting every piece with love, care, and precision. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we follow a strict return and exchange policy as mentioned below:

Customised Products

All our custom and personalised products are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once an order is placed. This includes pieces with initials, names, birthstones, fingerprints, portraits, or any kind of personal engraving.

However, in rare cases where:

  • You receive a wrong product, or

  • Your product is damaged in transit

We are happy to offer an exchange after proper verification.

To process an exchange, we will require:

  • An unboxing video, or

  • Clear photographs showing the issue

Please note that minor variations in colour, engraving depth, or form are natural in handcrafted jewellery and are not considered defects.


Ready-to-Ship Products

Our ready-to-ship products are eligible for return or exchange,

  • A wrong product was sent, or

  • The product was damaged during shipping

As with custom orders, an unboxing video or photos must be submitted for us to validate the issue.
